Founded on honest, good work.

Tired of the way traditional agencies operated, John Simanowitz founded Integrity in St. Louis in 2001 to build a consulting firm that put integrity first. No BS, just honest, good work that leaves clients happy, coming back and referring others.

Ed Morrissey joined a few years later and sharpened the vision: be the world’s leading experience design firm, and do cool stuff, for cool people, with cool people. They still own the company today.

Twenty-five years on, IntegrityXD designs, builds and runs the software and programs behind some of the biggest brands on the planet, from websites and apps to the learning, incentive and program-funds platforms we own and operate.
