John Simanowitz started Integrity in 2001 with one rule: hire people good enough to trust with real decisions, then get out of their way. Ed Morrissey joined a few years later and sharpened what the firm was for. They still own the company, and everyone here still reports to them. The team below them owns experience, delivery, technology, creative, and finance.
